• All processes of the product, starting from the raw material to the finished product stage, all substances and additives in the product composition are in compliance with Islamic criteria and humanitarian requirements in terms of both the origin, the form and the methods of supply, and the source of supply,
• The packaging materials, transportation, storage and preservation conditions of the product comply with humanitarian requirements and Islamic criteria,
• Organizations must establish the ISO 22000 GGYS (Food Safety Management System) infrastructure, comply with good manufacturing practices (GMP), good hygiene practices (GHP) and HACCP requirements.
• Compliance with prohibitions and limits determined by recognized organizations such as WHO, Food Codex, FDA, and legal requirements must be ensured.
• Compliance with Islamic criteria, humanitarian requirements, product safety, health and hygiene requirements must be ensured both in the production stages of the product, in all elements in the product composition, and in the effects that may occur by the combination of each element in the product composition.

7. Halal certification audits are repeated every year. If the results are suitable, the validity of the certificate is extended for one year.
What is certification? It is the activity of determining in writing that any product, test, service, inspection, system or personnel is eligible as a third party (independent,
impartial) institution or organization as a result of the evaluation by a Conformity Assessment Organization according to the determined standard conditions, technical regulations or
criteria.
What is accreditation? It is a third party accuracy statement that officially indicates that a Conformity Assessment Body is sufficient and competent to perform conformity
assessment activities according to national and internationally determined criteria.
Accreditation by national and / or international accreditation bodies; Conformity Assessment Bodies (Laboratory, inspection, certification, verification, etc.) are evaluated
according to national and internationally accepted technical criteria, approved and regularly audited.
